Dale has a genuine passion for his chosen subject – the practical implementation of sales and marketing strategy to accelerate a company’s fortunes. When he is not adding value to a clients business or addressing an audience he takes time out to further develop his understanding, knowledge and skills, as Dale puts it ‘the day I stop learning, is the day I die’.

Born in 1962 Dale lives on the beautiful Isle of Wight just off the south coast of England, with his wife of 24-years and two daughters. From the age of 7 he worked within the family business and never looked back.

As a business school graduate and one of an increasingly rare breed of classically trained business consultants, his career as a consultant and business speaker takes him away from the Island to work with clients and to deliver seminars, workshops and key-note addresses across the UK, Western Europe and North America. He is also a business mentor with The Princes' Trust a charity that helps young people overcome barriers and get their lives working.

In 1993 Dale founded Jigsaw Sales & Marketing Consultants a consultancy that understands, more than most, the practical realities of developing a business in today's increasingly competitive business environment.

In 2006 he launched Profit-Discovery a unique approach to bringing innovative, practical, entertaining and motivational business seminars and training workshops to a wider business audience.

Dale is a popular and accomplished speaker and lecturer, who makes friends in every audience he addresses. His seminars, workshop presentations and key-note addresses include the much acclaimed ‘Turning Customers Into Gold’ in which he delivers 12 practical and down-to-earth lessons that can be used in any business, to outmarket, outsell and outperform the competition and ‘Make It Happen’ with 5 ground breaking rules for business success in an increasingly competitive age - to more rapidly accelerate a company’s fortunes.
